The English is a little broken in a lot of areas, but I can understand it for the most part. Pretty good, though, considering English probably isn't your native language and that it's very hard to learn.

i have 500 hours on victoria 3, but for whatever reason i am just trash at increasing standard of living, when i tried a norway run, my stand of living just shriveled up, unable to increase higher than 9.2, do you have any tips on how to increase it?

The best way would be to lower all taxes (including consumption taxes) also try to make life easier for them, enough clothes wine grain will be key
