Evidently you don't understand shooting b-roll of the unboxing stage and then doing a video after you have used it. But oh well. Also, we have been using this for 8 months now in our shop every day....we love it. @@911SuzieQ

I'll be honest....I don't have the best answer for you. I would ckeck the manual or reach out to the company to see if there is any specific setting.

Is this the E1000 47251 model? Would you recommend this over the older 4700(1)(2)(3) models which seem heftier and more substantial.

It's called a voice over. The shots with the plastic on was upon the first unboxing. Maybe you missed the part where I have on different clothes. And specifically tell you to remove the plastic.
