Today's Crusader Kings III (CK3) video will showcase the chaos of the epidemic system added recently, specifically the Black Death, the Bubonic Plague that ravaged medieval Europe, only we're turning the intensity up off the charts, way higher than it can in the vanilla game, and seeing what chaos follows!

Just escape to Greenland or Madagascar, they can't reach you there.

What’s ironic is Madagascar in real life has a wide spread outbreak of bubonic plague.

This reminds me of the settings for the Black Death I'd set in CK2 after Reaper's Due. Truly beautiful, though I miss the eternal Black Death waves circulating across the world.

Would LOVE to see more CK3 content! I wish I had a better idea for you but maybe just randomize religions and/or cultures and run the game and see what happens? Could be interesting.

I wonder what percentage of starting dynasties still ruled by the end? I imagine lots were totally wiped out and were replaced by game generated ones.

The real Black Death killed somewhere between 25-60% of the population of Europe, but the impact wasn't even - Iberia, Ireland, and parts of central and eastern Europe were largely untouched. This scenario hit every province equally, so the mortality rate would have been on the higher end of the spectrum.
