Learn how to manage a patient with acute limb ischemia.
Where you are: You are night doctor on duty in the busy Accident & Emergency department and you are called to see a patient in resuscitation bay.
Who the patient is: Mr David Newton, a 67 year-old gentleman is crying out of severe pain in his right leg. He appears unwell and agitated.
What you must do: Please see Mr Newton and manage his acute issues. You are expected to take a brief history, manage him and perform necessary investigations, and finally give a definitive plan for his management.

Dr are you sure about giving LMWH ? Patient may bleed if we take patient for the surgery!! Can you please double check the nice guidelines.
