The argument comes after Glanville stated that he believes Steel was "unprepared." Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang.

The judge has shown his bias in all his rulings throughout this entire case we can't be surprised he's even admitting evidence based entirely on anecdotal hearsay.
I'm astonished the judge just declared that the state has proven the conspiracy(Rico) before they even wrap up their case in chief, I hope the defense file a joint judicial complaint or request a recusal immediately. This is crazy there is no way their clients will get a fair trial.

If the presumption is innocent until proven guilty, why is the State sneaking evidence into a trial of innocent men. Give them a fair trial or start over

We literally just watch the man tweak over a Supreme Court ruling and disregard the statements made in front of the jury. This is sad and someone should contact the attorney general, as decorated as Glandville is, very sad to see him move in such a manner and I’ve never seen a judge disagree with the Supreme Court on so many issues, that alone is going to be crucial

Most unfair trial I've ever witnessed. This is unreal. Judge just admits anything when it comes to the state but when defense trys to enter something he always says well the state has objected 😂😂 if state objects not coming in. This dude should not have taken on a trial like this. He is used to plea deals maybe a few small trials
I hope they release how much money they spent on this trial when its over. This case is ridiculous and the jury is going to return a not guilty verdict.. The judge is so incompetent and should retire when this is over.
Opening statements happened 170 days ago and they are only on day 76 with many of those being half days. Judge comfort should never have been chosen for this trial.

This is after a yr of jury selection. I believe this judge was specifically chosen for thus trial, given instructions(by the govt) on how to handle the trial, and guaranteed a very comfortable retirement after the trial.

There is something not right about how the judge
He helps state with legal arguments, defends the state when it looks like they are deliberately playing dirty, also shows his bias by saying conspiracy has been proven without seeing/hearing both sides evidence arguments in total
Defence needs to look into the relationships between judge and state, there is something not right, even his body language towards Defence, rolling eyes, being rude even on 1 occasion infront of jury, look how rude Love be towards him and doesn't accept rulings then look at how respectful Steel is and still gets this bias towards him with objections and hints of delaying this case even when its the state doing so
Then when the state does something wrong and he cant just brush it off he admonishes both state n defense

Prosecutors are always favored amongst officers & the judge. Defense must PROVE innocence not a popularity contest 🤷🏽♂️
I'm cool with everything except that last part. Defense doesn't have to prove anything. Burden of proof is always on the Prosecution. Defense just casts doubt. If the defense chose not to do one thing in this criminal trial, the jury would still have to debate if the defendants are guilty. They wouldn't be automatically guilty.
Understandable but the law is clear u can’t let someone say I did something and not let me confront them hense confrontation clause…that stuff shouldn’t be allowed in like they’re forcing the defense to have to prove his innocence
