Okay now i just came up with this crazy idea now I know everyone loves the Star wars Prequels now how about we use this idea but the Avengers and the Justice League team up against the Separatist Alliance combined with Ultron from Age of Ultron using the Separatist robots now that would switch things up and this would be at the end of the Clone wars so it would mean Dark side Anakin and potentially Palpatine against Yoda and Obi wan with the heroes now that would be a awesome what if.
