Very informative video Bill, i was wondering what the diameter of the 34mm koso throttle body is for the intake side, it must be larger than the chimera.

A bigger throttle body and a port matched head is definitely where the power is at

How many turns out is the idle air screw suppose to be?
That would totally depend upon your setup... For mine it is about 1½ turns out from being all the way tightened down..
BiLL Ramseyer awesome thank you your video really helped out I also ended up putting both rubber seals into the injector so I need to get the stock one out, Should I turn the screw in until it wants to die then back it out a tad?
@@BLRTUNING Awesome setup man. For the life of me I cannot find anywhere how to adjust the actual throttle stop. my nut was loose on mine out the box and i just backed it out a little and tightened the nut for now. the plastic idle screw is about 1.5 turns out and works for now.
Does this require reflash? Have dhm stage 3 ?
Yes changing the throttle body and intake side of the bike will affect the air to fuel ratio tremendously I would highly recommend doing something about the tune if you're going to change out throttle body or intake setup

Drow sports handmade large carbon fiber intake is what I'm using now since this video....
you can check on Amazon and find a ton of different intake setups for the Honda Grom there is more than 20 different intakes for it
Do I need to change the intake? Or will the stock one work still
The stock intake tube will not work going from the throttle body to the airbox if you are still using the stock air box.. they do make a hose that goes I from this bigger throttle body to the stock air box then yes it will work
Can you put the 34mm throttle body on the stock engine.?
Yes you can... However the port on the engine where the throttle body connects to would not be as big of a hole.. but yes you can put it on there and it will give you more airflow
