  • In my free medicine series, I delve into practices we can engage in at no cost that can greatly improve our overall health and quality of life. This is episode 1 of that series, in which I discuss ways that someone can improve their sleep. Sleep is so very important and many people struggle with not getting enough quality sleep at night. My hope is that this video will help open peoples' eyes to the many things that could help them solve that problem, and therefore improve their quality of life.
    The information in this video is inspired by episode 19 of 'The Holistic Health Podcast' by Natalie K. Douglas and Amie Skilton.
