Cook Linguine pasta according to package instructions, drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
16 oz. Linguine noodles
2 cans Chicken Shredded (I used in a can)
1 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil to sauté the garlic
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream and more if needed
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. white ground pepper
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley and more for garnish
1 cup grated parmesan cheese and more for topping
1/2 cup reserved cooking water
