My endometriosis usually comes back even after treating it again and again and doctor recommended me operation but when I started doing kapalbhati and butterfly pose, it never came or if it came sometimes but only of 1 cm size and go away on its own. @@sabitakumari6447 I do this 15 minutes daily two times a day. You have to make it habit of your life. I did my ultrasound after one year. There was again an endometriotic cyst in ovary of 1 cm but it comes and goes away on its own. Yoga will not let its size increase.

But please take tablet of endometriotic cyst in ovary if it's size is big and do kapalbhati. But after shrinking it. Make kapalbhati routine of your life so that it can never come back or even come back but shrink easily at early stage.
