- Lately we have been grinding for a Black Bear Great One in Silver Ridge Peaks in The Hunter Call of the Wild using a brand new strategy devised by my good friend iBUYpremiums who, to date, has around 150 Great Ones!!! Seriously! It's nuts! But he has devised the GREATEST Great One Black Bear Strategy and in today's video, I show how it is working and what is happening on our Black Bear Grind!

Whitetail on Revontuli would be an excellent choice for a first timer as well. It's super easy to set up and manage, the visibility is amazing, and it doesn't take long at all for diamonds to start popping up like weeds. Plus, if you set up your main zones on the north end of the map, it's almost guaranteed that you'll be able to run a moose grind from the exact same tents, allowing you to switch species whenever you feel like it.
More big bears please😊 but what is up with the beavers? I had my first treestand taken away by beavers today. Was pretty confused. But a great video again🎉

unrelated question why do you cycle through the reserves instead of clicking continue?
Because apparently you don't get as many respawns when you continue. Also, if you play multiplayer and then hit continue, their map population sometimes can copy onto yours

Does this grind benefit from legendary stacking in the beginning stages? Do I leave them in the top 4 lakes while shooting down lower lakes
Question Lady, I’m about 420 kills ( lol nice ) into the grind and when I go looking for the other male bears on my map. How do you make sure that you just did not see them because they weren’t at their drink zone yet? I’ve managed my map a fair bit and I’ve only spawned one level 9 that was a troll. Any tips ?

Best way to get a g1 bear hands down I’m 28 great one bears deep using this method very easy & pays well

I started this grind like 3 days ago and something is wrong with the spawning hopefully this vid helps
Im barely respawning 7s above i get 1 or 2 7s or 8s every few runs usually js 3s 4s n 5s is that normal
I’ve been returning to the same lakes in the same two hour block with more bears popping up over bodies. All exterior lakes have lvl 4 Males or all females from my old grind. I’ve noticed that small respawns mean they moved exterior, or I spawned a diamond somewhere. In about a week, I average 30 kills per hour and I have 705 bears dead. Five of seven Lvl 9’s were diamond. Thinking the GO is nearby. iBuy said he gets one every 300 ish kills with stacking. I got my first GO on the conventional grind you first used after just 454 kills. Just sharing what I’ve experienced because it may help the community. If you see small bears, search and look for drifting big bears, or you have a diamond hiding nearby.
More big bears please! I blew out a zone when collecting my jumpers on the exterior lakes and now the zone has popped up on my main lakes with 2 females. It is taking me ages to get the females back off the main lakes now☹️
Ive done the culling, but the net net of that is virtually no bear spawn at either the shooting lakes or exterior. What could be wrong?
So when do you know when to move down to the other lake to kill the bigger bears
When I do my run and change time back to 22 I don’t main menu and go back grinding still respawn and when I exit to main menu don’t get much respawns

So I’m a level 25 so I’m pretty new at the game and I set up only in zone #1 in silver ridge. (Bear grind) so I accidentally did it backwards all of the right side of the map. I killed all the females but I haven’t seen any bears in zone number one what can I do to keep this grind going??
We need more night vision scopes like the Hyperion or Argus or they make settings to be able to change the scopes abilities

I would honestly not pick up your kills - kill the solos and the small deer on a fresh game startup (no respawns in respawn heaven lol) and once they're all on the ground, leave the map and come back. That way, they all respawn at the same time. I know we're supposed to pick up our kills but in this instance, it's better not to. Solos are a big pain in the neck!

hey lady, do you NEED to get all the females out of the main shooting lakes? I have 14 shooter bears but 3 pesky females that wont leave and im wondering if itll mess up spawn/big bear rates if i just start shooting the big males. Thanks so much!
Yes, they're taking up a spot that you need for a big male to be there. Keep trying! They will swap!
Is there any problem if I have 2 grinds at the same time on different maps? For example, a grind for melanstic mountain lion on silver ridge peak and one for red deer on the awaroa?

Nope, spawns are map based. You can do multiple GO grinds even on the same map. Scarecrow proved the concept.

I’ve learned from Ibuy that females don’t affect your grind at all besides from more kills so having females at some zones is fine as long as your getting 12 kills per run
i think i am not doing something right because i barely have any bears on my main lakes.. Can you give me some advise because i am already at 70+ kills and shooting only on my main ones cuz there are no other big ones on my exterior lakes at least i haven`t seen yet, but the problem is my bears are not spawning on their drink zones anymore and i kill only 2-4 bears on the main lakes. PLEASE HELP.

Bears tend to be in solo zones right? Do you have to find them again after shooting or they always come back same spot?
You don't have to worry about zones deleting. They don't always come back in the same spot. But when you shoot them at the top 4 lakes, they come back at one of those 4 most of the time

I'm been using this strategy for my black bear go grind. I'm currently 7800 kills and no great one yet it's so frustrating. But i did shoot a cinnamon diamond black bear today.

I still don’t understand the spawning algorithm in a grind like this and I’ve watched most if not all of Lady’s videos on grinds like this. So how does culling females and low level males from the main lakes cause them to spawn elsewhere, yet then later on when you kill bigger ones on your main lakes, they don’t spawn elsewhere and instead spawn at the same lakes? I don’t understand how sometimes the spawn would occur at an exterior lake and sometimes the spawn will happen at the main lake magically when you want it to. What am I missing?
Everytime you kill 2 animals of the same species, they have a 50 50 chance of swapping zones. So all we're doing is playing the odds until it works. Why they go up to those 4 lakes, I have no idea. I didn't figure the strategy out myself but it works
@@LadyLegendXO So how can an animal be level 9 in the same region? In my opinion, when you kill each animal, the tropy points increase gradually (of course, the way you kill and the distance etc. also affect these. Basically, the tropy score increases slightly for the same animal, and with a certain number of kills, 8 can become level 9, or 9 level can appear as a great one).
Is way of the hunter worth it
The tent won’t place they must’ve messed with it in the update or something I went to the exact cords it won’t place no matter what I do

This grind for black bear is pretty easy but it's in the dark which can be annoying. Hard to say. Pick which one you'd like to have more!

For some reason i inly get drink times for black bears at 4:00 - 8:00 and not at night any reason why?
There was an update a while ago that changed it. When the new map comes out all bears will drink 4-8

How do beavers work stealing your tents and stuff?
I have 0 bears at any interior lakes. Reset time, game and checked for mountain lions.

I'm not sure. Set up on some zones with big males but I'm not sure where they'll respawn. Shooting big males causes diamonds to spawn sooner and the GO so it's important. To get the 4 lakes to have males levels 5 and above took me just a few hours. I still had big bears out there on exteriors but had big enough bears on the 4 lakes to just shoot there. It's so fast and easy and makes so much cash!!! To get all of the big males onto the 4 lakes takes a while but just getting the females out took one rotation and they never came back for me. I would recommend that.
I gave up on the great one red deer 5803 kills not a diamond 😂
This has nothing to do with bears but i got a mela ring necked feasent male yesterday i was overjoyed

Lady when I go around and shoot a lot of big bears on my exterior they are not going on my 4 lakes what do I do?
You shoot something small from your main 4 lakes on a fresh game startup, then go shoot the bigger bears in equal number - so if you shoot 2 level 3s off your main lakes, then go shoot 2 level 7s or whatever you can find from exteriors. Then leave the game and come back. They have a 50/50 chance of swapping spots. You have to keep doing it until it works. Good luck!

Why do i have these purple zones on my map PLS HELP
Scare crow should of had this like 4 months ago.
Why can't I find a high level in the external zone?
Mountain lions can scare them off. I go to the locations I showed in the video and if nothing is there, I do the one minute trick and that often makes them show up, but not always. Wherever you shoot males from at exteriors, always go back and check that spot to see if it came back or if you have a smaller bear there. That will show if it worked or not. Good luck!

Take a break but don't give up! All of that work for nothing is so sad. I have never done a grind where a great one didn't eventually show up. Sometimes it takes a long time and sometimes it doesn't but your great one will spawn! You can do it!!!
