I've loved the Islanders for 40+ years. The game last night definitely reminded me of some of their greatest moments from yesteryear. The unlikely Mayfield snipe late brought me out of my chair much like the goal Morrow scored in OT over the Rangers. (That one broke my parents couch.) Btw - Gillies is beside Trottier who is by the cup - Boomer, I'll buy that drawing from you!
Every Isles win always starts with a highly physical game. Game 5 was very light on the physicality an Tampa walked over them. They need to come out tomorrow hitting everyone every chance they can to throw Tampa off their game.
