Both did well. Angyil was much more freeform with high musicality, while Dassy was more fundamental with subtle musicality. I enjoyed them both. I just like that they both dance with joy and we all shared in it. I could care less who won. We all won!
Dope battle! You both killed it! But in my opinion Dassy won that battle simply because she booged and adding other styles that is hard to do because those who know what booge is know what I am talking about.
The dancing style angyil approaches with some may think is just club dancing but from someone who knows what booge is. A booge dancer could never look as good as someone with angyil style of dance. And vice verse

Sorry, but at first glance you can see how Dassy doesn't interact with music, while Angyil is just having fun :D tho that floor impro was dope, reminds me some Laurent's stuff 4:50 was quite good sub-base highlight
I disagree. Dassy was very on beat, but often in a subtle matter. I won't hold it against the audience tho because it's mostly made up of a general population. Both dancers killed it though.

I would say she did interact with the music - however mostly with the beats and very little with the lyrics. Imo she doesn't also didn't adapt her vibe as much between rounds in this battle. If it were a popping battle w/ popping music I believe Dassy's technique and concepts would give her an edge for most rounds in this matchup (although Angyil can definitely hold her own as a high-level popper). In an open-styles event, Angyil's ability to play with the music, work the crowd, and incorporate other styles gives her the W.
