- I finally did something that had been on my ❤️ for YEARS! We went downtown Tampa and hit up YBOR CITY, where We found an amazing group of guys that needed haircuts. Taking care of the homeless with what little we had was AN INDESCRIBABLE FEELING!

You are so true!! Depression will break you if you let it!! A lot of people don't have support and the system doesn't think it's a disease!! There should never be homelessness in this country!! More resources are needed!! We have a new set of troops returning home from war!! Will they too be left out in the cold to wonder what their fate will be??? The US has it's hands in so many other countries, but are forgetting about our own!! I am all for helping other's, but some of these countries hate us and could care less about the suffering going on here!! God is fed up with the mockery set before us!! You see everything that's happening?? There is a time and season for everything. Amen

I worked part-time for over 20 years with Mentally Chalenged Adults while working my full-time jobs. I can tell you my intention was to work the part-time job for only 6 months. Once I started seeing the smiles I was in for just what I could do for those smiles and over 20 years later.....

As a former homeless person, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. While it might "Just be a haircut" to many, it is a restoration of our pride and dignity. That's what it was to me and mine was no where near 3 years. God bless you and keep up the great work in your community. It's people like you that take just a little of their time and energy to help that will make the biggest change to a life in chaos.

I gave haircuts to homeless men and women, weekly, for years. Yes, it benefits the giver as much as the one receiving the makeover. Seeing a smile on their face makes it worthwhile. My old age has caused me to take a different direction in service to them. May God bless you!

Many have gotten jobs because of their new look. If more people would share their talents with those unable to pay. Perhaps, there would be less homeless.
