Turns out I was wrong, there's still more beta cutscenes in the game's files, one of Making A Mark (which is more or less a very early test version), The Candidate (which had an alternate opening involving Kirby and Bo) and Weed Killer, which contained a Frog in the cutscene. The Candidate also had a cut ending, which would've been a very short scene of Earnest giving Jimmy the super slingshot for him to keep. The Making A Mark one is linked at the end of the video, but the beta Candidate and beta Weed Killer cutscenes are unviewable due to missing models and corrupt animations. :(

I gotta say, Bully is a nearly perfect game. If the camera had just been a bit better, if Gary had been a presence throughout the game, rather than just the first and fifth chapter, and if characters from chapter 5 had been introduced sooner so we could've gotten to know them more (Edgar, Jimmy's girlfriend - as it stands now, they're relationship with Jimmy is cool, but it makes no sense due to how rushed it was), this game would have been PERFECT. But honestly, that last point is nothing a sequel can't fix, which should be announced soon from rumors I've been hearing, and the camera is ultimately something you can get used to. But yeah, that Gary point is valid no matter what. He's the main villain of the game, at least MENTION him, or say he's responsible for something bad that's happening, in the three chapters where he's not there.
I think that Chapter 5 was extremely rushed, Jimmy goes on graffitti in town while Gary convinces all the clique leaders to fight each other, leave Jimmy Hopkins, and be king of the school. Then, all of s sudden everyone starts hating Jimmy as they think Jimmy did bad stuff to them like the burning the gym, leading the rats in library, burning the trophies, and they literally believe Jimmy to be the culprit without any proof at all! And so, everyone breaks out on an all out war and just because Jimmy defeats Gary, everyone's stopped fighting! Why? Aren't they mad at Jimmy, weren't they now following Gary of taking over the school?
And he's mentioned!, He even appears in chapter 2 turning the preppies against Jimmy saying he called them inbreed, can't remember what's the name of the mission though, but it's on the start of the chapter.
Edgar's response is pretty much what I thought when Jimmy beat up the greasers and tried to tell Johnny to calm down. I love Jimmy to bits but he did just beat up their friends then try to make peace

The Pattle is a little bit sad, since it's one of the only missions we actually see Gary in, and from what we could gather from trailers it looks like it was one of the most entertaining missions in the game, when you added the Gary parts it truly made me sad to know we will never see what that mission was like...on that note, great video lol.

the spank me cutscene during the Paddle, Gary is mocking Petey because in the mission in chapter 1 defend Bucky. Gary says do you like the boys on the swimming team or the girls then Algie comes in. so it is unknown but that's my theory
It didn't make sense though later on when you beat Edgar Jimmy didn't know Gary set him up but yet for some reason he knows in that cutscene which is probably the reason it got cut

I think R* deleted this scene and battle because they think it will be too hard to beat Johnny is very strong and with a pipe he will almost unstoppable
