Thanks for the shoutouts man, great video! -I commented this in a Nathan video about the store windows but whatever: "About the store windows, yes you are right, they were meant to be destroyed in a mission. Originally you had to deal with more people in Movie Tickets. You had to destroy the windows of Rocket in my Pocket so Mr. Martin had to replace them and lose his spot in the movie line." -Ian doesn't have any shopkeeper specific lines so he was probably not a store owner. -The only reason Bob's in game model was kept in the game is because he was originally one of the wrestling class (early gym class without dodgeball) opponents, and even then he was still unused (along Luis) as you only face Fatty.
The actors had very little to go on when they got their lines. Alot of games new voice work is a product of the terriable lines in previous games. Thank this games voice acting it made everything better

9:03 Jesus... the Beta version of Bully sure did have scary looking characters lol they definitely fit more closely to the comic strips you see in game on the main menu, pause menu and also in the manual for the game as well... it's actually kind of surprising to see how much they changed the look and feel of the game in the end...

Bob was clearly a Bully not a Jock. Every clique has 8 boys. Even the non-cliques add up to 8 boys not including Jimmy Gary or Petey. They was clearly stuck on that number 8. However the Bullies only have 7 boys. They clearly cut a character out. When you put two and two together it adds up to Bob... Not only that he hangs out with the Bullies. Maybe he was meant to be the second leader or perhaps the leader... Maybe Russell was the second leader... I don't know... But clearly there was a character cut from the Bullies... It's not been confirmed that artwork of the Jock that looks like Bob is actually Bob... I'm not quite sure why he's considered a Jock... Considering his mod acts as a Bully... He's a Bully. Also I think the Bullies was meant to have a girl in there clique too which also was cut. Yeah I just think the Bullies got watered down.
I think he was initially meant to be a jock and then when the Bullies were split up from the non-cliques they attempted to add him to the Bullies to even them out with other cliques, but due to suggestive dialogue and/or time restraints he was cut.
3:48 gta 4 has a similar mission in which Niko would pick up a brick and throw it at a shop's window, so I guess Rockstar reinvented the idea from that cut mission in bully and put it into gta 4, clever.
I actually thought Bob was supposed to be the last member of the Bully clique. Which would make sense, since they have one less member than the others. But him being a Jock would make much more sense. It’s a real shame he and Sid were cut, though. By the way, am I the only one that really likes the beta design of the Greasers? The white undershit with tie, instead of the school vest looks really cool.
Hey SWEGTA could you make video on vehicles in the game especially on cars and other undriveable(for Jimmy without mods)stuff. There is a mod to drive cars(actual cars not replacing the cart) you could makevid on it too...
