I feel Cebu is better potential to be fixed and be a better city than Manila in the near future. I want Manila to be the best city in the country but right now it's not great and the country must invest elsewhere. TBH Cebu still needs public transports and worried about how devlopment will ba handled. I still hear about many projects though and fmo it's better than what I see in Manila. Cebu honestly is not a bad city in terms on Phillipine standards but even Southeasy Asia. It just isn't devloped much but the IT district, Mactan area, and some of the attractions are still okay. If Cebu plans the development right, fmo Cebu can be like Miami or a Californian city in America or those Mexicanresort cities. It has a beter location than Manila tbh and it isn't fucked like Manila. Just don't overpopulate Manila nd make commuting easier. it's why publuc trasnport would be huge. Evne then I think Cebu has better ambition than Manila that and are smarter. They ae trying to make Manila more aesthically please at least. LIke that Mandani by project in Mandae seems like a great projet.

Actually, SRP is envisioned to become the next "business district" of Cebu with SM developing it's 30-hectares SM Seaside City then followed by Filinvest with it's 40-hectare City di Mare and now the 26-hectare joint venture project of SM and Ayala that is located right across SM Seaside City.

Kasi yung source ng tubig dito sa pinas mostly from NATURAL water sheds galing, isang mallit na isla ang cebu kaya yung source ng tubig eh konti lng, dito sa mindanao grabe unlimited at napakalakas ng pressure ng mga gripo dito kasi napakaraming water sheds dito
A bridge to bohol wouldve helped with the water crisis. Water can be sent through pipes from bohol to cebu. Bohol also needs electricty that cebu can supply. But duterte's advisers didnt think much about that, they cancelled the project

lani toure ang problema sa tubig lalo na sa matataas na area sa Cebu.Maraming nakatira sa bundok sa Cebu City.Kaya problema ang tubig doon kasi di makaangat ang tubig papunta sa taas.Kaya ayokong kukuha ng unit in a subdivision kung alam ko located sa matataas na area kasi yan ang problema.
