Lock tab was already removed from the cover. You can get in that way but it take a bit more. That's how you know this video is fake, no neighbor did that.

Fake the lock panel missing the key locking t bar... the t bar twists locking it in place... truth is you need a drill with a 1 inch drill bit... core out the lock... open the lock manually remove the locking t bar then use the flat and Phillips to remove
