Bro u have done everything right only the problem is only because of weight, the reciever board of the rc car is too big for a mini drone so use reciever board of a mini rc racing car and don't use glue gun in mini drones because it will increase the weight of the drone, try to use fevi quick or fevi flex. Try to reduce the weight as much u can bro. Next time i want to see a flying drone in your channel bro 😉

It wings should be long then only it can fly nice
The wings aren't the problem, since he used an RC car as the project, there is no gyroscope built within the mobo. Even if the wings managed to lift off, he wouldn't be able to control/ stabilize the drone. A gyroscope is an important part.
