Absolute joke to plumb in. The most awkward instant boiling water tap I've ever fitted and fitted most brands, quooker taps much better and easier to install. I've advised my boss to never buy these boiling taps ever again. Unnecessarily complicated. The fixing nut on underside of worktop is also a strange size. Didn't have a tap spanner in my set to fit it. Had to go and buy a larger tap spanner (box spanner)
