- The New Jersey Devils players clean out their lockers, do media interviews and hit the road for the summer. Exit Day. The last time we will see this crew. What a season it was! Many players took time to talk to fans and sign autographs.
The 2022-23 New Jersey Devils have come to an end.

I met him at the game where the Devils lost in the shootout against the Hurricanes, he was so patient with everyone and didn’t leave until he made sure he got everyone, he is an awesome guy and he’s gonna have one hell of a career with us

Nico is such a great leader at such a young age. We're really lucky. He's absolute class too. He will go down as one of NJs best captians when all is said and done.

I freaking love Akira, man. He came and stole the show right when I became a hardcore Devils fan and he's so nice to his fans (I had the privilege of getting to meet him). Also, I love that you asked the pronunciation of his name. It makes me so mad when ppl say SchMEED 😅

What was Timo putting in his car? Also I don’t think him not stopping for fans is indicative of anything. Pretty sure Miles, Gravy, Blackwood are not returning but they all stopped. Granted they’ve been around longer but still. But I hope Timo knows how much he’s loved here already.
Jesper doesn’t seem very pleasant even though he did stop. Nico is the best, like Jack said, the heartbeat of this team.
Not sure what was going in the car. I also believe that him not stopping is not indicative of anything either. Seems he wants to be here, and the team definitely wants him back. Hopefully a deal is announced soon!

@Runnin With The Devils I disagree. Fans spend alot of their money going to games and buying their jerseys. As a person I'd feel obligated to stop and say thank you. Having a chance to make someone smile just for 15 seconds of your time. Worth it. Nico and Dougie are beasts. Sick video man.

@@runninwiththedevils I really, really hope that I am too. Otherwise, I think we gave up a few good players, and one potentially *great* player, in Mukhamadullin. He was a point-per-game player for San Jose’s affiliate team as a *defenseman*….Pretty impressive.
Yeah I thought that too unfortunately. Not looking good for Timo in Jersey next season. He probably misses that nice California weather.
One thing for kids to be there, or parents with the kids, but for adults to be there, it's a little strange.
Interesting take. Adults are the ones that buy tickets and Merch etc. “Kids” do not fuel the economics of professional sports. Without “adults” professional athletes wouldn’t have the ability to make million$ per season for playing a game

No way The Devils, or most teams for that matter, get $500 per seat (face value) to a Tuesday night game against Winnipeg, if not for corporations ability to write off the purchase of them. Further, these are grown men begging 22 year olds for their autographs. It's strange...
Adults get autographs everyday. Kids don't know the importance of a autograph.
