Jump starting a car (pickup truck) with an Everstart car battery starter

Quick show & tell - how to start a car with a Walmart Everstart jump starter, to start a Chevy Silverado pickup (in pretty freezing cold weather).
NOTE: car batteries are very dangerous and can severely hurt you, through explosions, or shocking you, etc. Please observe all safety protocols: wear gloves, don't touch any metal, wear eye protection, and overall, pay attention and be safe. Freak accidents can happen anytime. If you don't feel safe, don't do this, and just call AAA.

When i go to start the charge the engine indicator light blinks yet shuts off
