MSV is fond of mixing pathos in love songs as in Puthiya paravai. Ilayaraja, symphony master, is good at telling any story by his instruments. This is the reason why this song is so absorbing ! Ananthu + Deepakshika - both have put in their best ! The violinists have taught us what violins can do : they can melt stones !

DEEPASHIKA...Amazing singer, But she was rejected by Srinivas Airtel super singer. Wheras he promotes useless pooja and malavika
If a singer is rejected by Srinivas, then that person is a bonafide good singer. I always wonder what credibility Srinivas has to be a judge and that thought alone makes me not to watch such shows.
You both nailed it with your comments....I too agree that Deepashika is such a good singer..I first admired for her voice when she sang that omitted song along with SPB...She did not show expressions on her face whereas shown in her singing...
I think some sort of facial expressions & smile are also needed to impress these type of Judges ...a sort of acting .
