    One of the stories I tell in this video is about my son and how much pizza he could eat as a teenager. When it came to homemade pizza made with freshly milled flour… well, I’ll let you watch the video to find out the difference in what it took to fill him up. Typical teenage boy, he could eat A LOT, but because freshly milled flour is nutrient-dense, it took a lot less than normal to fill him up.
    When you mill flour at home, you have control over the entire process from start to finish. You can choose the type of grain you want to mill, ensuring that you are getting the freshest and most nutritious flour possible. When making sourdough bread, something that my husband and I eat almost daily, I chose to use one of the ancient grains - Kamut.
