Hi Giselle, i know exactly what you mean, i was born in Azerbaijan and live in Israel, yet my heart vibrates with this music and i too have a similar timeless memory you talking about, as if i lived sometime in the past in that part of the world and deep inside me i'm still connected to that culture too. maybe it's true what the greatest wisdom teachers from all cultures always said, that really we are all part of one being. music that comes from a true musicians heart has the power to bypass our mind that always labels and complicates things and go strait to our heart where true love and unity always shine though usually we're not aware of it.

Beautiful. Language reminds me of old nordic spoken in a small town in sweden called "älvdalen" rivervalley. Not too far from another town wich Eivor once perfomed with wardruna called "Rättvik" i was there ofcorse,great show.

This song is beyond beautiful.. truly takes you on a spiritual journey. A very special experience. Makes you feel like you're navigating a lonesome vessel somewhere in the heart of the ocean, with the sails up, and sea winds carry you further and further on your voyage.
I was listening to this white doing a Ruck March in Luxembourg Dietrich in the Ardennes forest!

I've listened to and watched this performance now, every evening for the last month, the last thing I do every night to bring me rest and peace. It's by degrees beautiful, ethereal, intensely moving, then thrilling, powerful and at the climax absolute sheer bliss. One of the most spectacular performances of one of the most wonderful songs I have ever seen. So many people have never seen this but they must. We have to bring it to their attention.
