There is no absolute any legend could be bettered! Stating otherwise just stupidity! Rafi was and is great. If Saurav could come as close to Rafi at this young age, he has the potential to go beyond, because he can draw upon all these legends of past and also with todays technology! Wether he realizes it only time will tell!

I think Saurav is using voice modulation technique to simulate Rafi sab's voice, like mimicry artists can mimic any ones voice, this is not his natural voice. I am sure he can sing in any other singers voice also.

Rafi Sahab is Rafi Sahab but Saurav is closer to Rafi Sahab that anyone has managed. Sonu Nigam and Khalid Beg use to sound close but Saurav was much better voice quality and tonal quality.
