He's a good singer and a unique voice but no way to compare his voice to Rafi Sahab.
You have a good voice and since you are a medical student so you must be intelligent and smart too so If you like Mohd Rafi Sahib and his songs you must learn Urdu as you can not sing a song with soul until you know the real meaning and pronunciation. Even big singers like Lata have said in interviews that the best advice she got from Noor Jehan was that she learn Urdu so she can understand the wordings and pronunciation.
