Klixer Dreadlocks/locs Machine Review

- The Klixer is the 1st generation of loc machines. It is very esthetic in design and has been very well thought of. It is meant to be used for starter locs, maintaining locs, loc repairs, fixing thinning locs, and all crocheting locs methods. Since the inception of instant locs that I started, instant dreadlocks have taken over the loc industry and loc nation.
This loc machine lacks in power for for me. It is slow in loc forming.
I'm looking forward to seeing their 2nd generation of loc tools.
Dreadlocks machines are the future. However, they will never replace Locticians come what may.
Tattoos use to be done by hand and bamboos, times changed, those traditional tattoo artist get paid top dollar, and still you have to be an artist to tattoo.
The same apply to locs. You have to be a loctician and know how to crotchet to be able to handle loc tools.
In addition, tools can and will never be used near the scalp. That would lead to alopecia.
In conclusion, this was a great start for the loc industry. We are in age of the machines. Welcome Megatrons!

I love this item. It works just like a crochet hook except WAY faster and easier on the hands. The biggest issue with a crochet hook is that I have big hands so holding it long enough hurts. If you’re wondering if this is worth it the answer for me is YES. Fix any weak point or broken dread in a couple seconds then go on with my day.

I had no idea this existed but I'd be wayyy too afraid to use a machine on my locs, I feel like there would be alot more breakage than if I were to crochet by hand and feel what I'm doing, very tempting though. Thank you for educating!

I don't use it. I have has it fir a very long time decided to do a review. I'm too good and too fast. There is no machine that can keep up. Type instant locs in 25 seconds on CZcams see how insanely fast I am. This tool is limited. Very limited. A good start of tools but not yet there.
