Love this machine. I’ve tried rental carpet cleaners and so many other things.. just got this for Christmas and used it today for the first time. Nothing could ever get my carpets as clean as I wanted them and THIS is the best machine ever! Plus it smells great!
Just got mine today was so excited as a senior with back problems I was thrilled its so light butttttttt nothing goes and nothing comes back in , yes I have went thru the owners manual ... when I recived it it even looked used thanks walmart , will take back and get another brand

Has anyone experienced 'tracks' being left after the carpet has been cleaned? I fear it has permanently marked my cream Persian rug.
I bought one and it works but once it started getting like little bits of gunk in the tanks part you can never get it out …. Personally, I would buy a different one where I can open and clean the tank

What about rinsing the carpet with just water? Otherwise, the solution is still in the carpet, right? It's like taking a shower but you only wipe off the soap instead of rinsing.
I guess you'd just empty the tank and just use water while holding the trigger if you wanted to do that
idk if you figured this out but ur supposed to vacuum the rest of the cleaner out when dried :)
There's no difference when using a can of spot cleaner? There's still going to be solution in the carpet. The remaining solution in carpet helps from future stains.
After washing with solution are you supposed to fill the tank with just water as a rinse?

My machine doesn’t serve the water do you have any idea!!
First time I used this it went well. Second use a couple months later, not so much. The dirty water wasn't coming back up in the area it should. Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
I would recommend looking into the user guide. They have troubleshooting ideas on there.
This seems to be a design flaw with the unit. Many people (and I) seem to have the same issue. Troubleshooting doesn't help either.
How do I open the tank to get rid of the fur and lint that gets stuck on the insides of it?
I use a wire and or a thin flat long metal strip.
my wife is the one that cleans after i vacuum, she only uses water, lots of water.
@@WizCantinflas yeah I thankfully have a showerhead thats extended. I have to blast the container for a bit.
Curious how long the carpet is going to stay damp now that I've cleaned with it... if anyone knows let me know please. I cleaned up a bunch of dog urine stains from a cream colored carpet and it worked wonders - very happy with it, and it's really not hard to clean after use either.
If you do a few passes really slowly with just the vac/suction after shampooing my carpets are dry within 1 hour ! Love this machine !
Whenever I lift my foot from the red pad, the power is gone, it doesn't stay on. Do I need to keep my foot on the red pad all the time in order for it to keep running?

Will this also work on high pile carpets?

After cleaning, the carpet will still be damp, since a couple passes won't be enough to pull up all of the water that was sprayed down. It will take a few hours to a day (depending on temperature, humidity, carpet pile, etc.) to fully dry.

A lot of hairs can he tangled up in the brushes, and there is no proper way to take off the brush and clean it.

If my carpet is on top of a hardwood floor is it safe to use this? Will it damage the floor underneath? If I put a plastic tarp underneath the carpet and then clean? Anyone who has experience please Answer and I appreciate it!
It will not damage the floor underneath. I actually remove the anti-slip foam mat from under my rug because I want it to dry faster. If your floor can handle being mopped, it will be fine.

So this one doesn’t have it but you can get the pro heat clean one that comes with the attachment for stairs and upholstery or you can get the little clean pro.

How come my turboclean is spewing out filthy water from the collection tank? What am I doing wrong, if anything? I'm so disgusted.
It's full -- time to empty the collection tank when foam starts spurting out. It's been my experience that the collection tank gets full before the solution/water in the bottle is used up.
Is the carpet like soaked wet after ?
I just used mine for the first time and it's not soaked wet, more damp than anything... I'm actually searching the comments now to see if anyone has said how long that dampness lasts. But yeah, definitely not soaked to answer your question.

Good question - this machine is designed for carpet cleaning only. We'd recommend vacuuming first before using.
Yeah you want to vacuum first. I just bought this for 100 bucks at Target. Great machine. I haven't clean my carpets in 2 years and I wear my work boots on them and it took 2 days(about 8 hours total) to get them like new again.

Have you cleaned the rollers? Also make sure your side locks are snapped flat. I made this mistake myself.
As a professional carpet cleaning company. DIY or hired machines are no match for professional carpet cleaning machines. You could clean all your carpet with one of those machines, then allow a professional carpet cleaner to clean the carpet again with his/her professional carpet machine, and the amount of dirt that would still come out from it. Specially on filthy carpets.
This is true. Bissell is a household commercial product. Yours is industrial. People dont realize These bissells and rug doctors are just preventative maintenance at best. I try to prof clean my carpets twice a year.

Time to empty it. The container tank holds LESS water than the bottle.
