I use basketball skills in almost every position, not just TE. I use baseball from pitchers for passing motion for a QB and learning how to turn your hips over use for WRs and CBS. I use martial arts for pass rush moves, getting off the LOS at WR and jamming for a DB. I use wrestling for leverage and knowing to apply hands. I use track to run properly and others.

Gable Steveson, world class amateur wrestler just got dropped by WWE. He’s an exceptional athlete but could not translate himself to pro wrestling, he struggled in the entertainment part of the business. Could be a mean run blocker tho, amateur wrestler are tough by design, we should think about bringing him in for camp.
