  • In this video Daniel will show you how to go about fixing a gas leak on a RAVEN EU series magazine. Made for their economical EU series these mags have a tendency to leak after a while so Daniel shows you how to save a bit of money and fix it yourself!
Hopefully uploads stay a bit more consistent for a while! We try our best, life finds a way to interfere! Happy new year as well!

Had this problem with my Raven eu18 mags.
I just put gas in the mag... Put some silicone oil on the areas where it could be leaking and let it seep inside while it's bubbling.
    Reapply until the leaking stops.
If you use a decent think silicone oil it'll be done within 5 mins... Just keep the mag upside down until its soaked in.
But I may look into replacing the I rings in future

Awesome, when we’ve had issues with mags before we have tried adding silicon oil first and found you still need to change the o ring at some point anyway so we change them straight away then we know it’s done

@@anglianairsoft4804 I'll look into doing this soon.
Even though it's just a back up or secondary I'd still like it working everytime I go to use it

How to fix if mine leak from the front where is the buton is

Hi @manteliooo8621, do you mean where the valve is or where the mag base release is.
If it’s the valve try replacing the seals on the valve or replace valve completely.
If it’s leaking from the base plate release, doing what is being done in the video should also fix it

I've been told leaving gas in the mag prevents this from happening

Yes it does it works on the same principle as dive takes you should never fully empty them as I can allow moisture in, but eventually the seals will go which has happened with the mags we repaired
