In 1982, the Lebanon-based Palestinian Liberation Organization began infiltrating Israeli borders with attacks that brought swift and powerful reprisals. Massive artillery and mortar attacks were traded across the border.

CORRECTIONS: Arafat was NOT a so-called Palestinian refugee. He was born, breed & educated in Egypt. He was an Egyptian. From Jordan Arafat sent out a call to ALL Arabs to join him in his fight against Israel. Arabs from ALL neighbouring countries heard his call & travelled from throughout the ME to join his cause...Arafat's fight against Israel. Hundreds of Arabs from surrounding Arab countries went to Jordan much to the displeasure of King Hussein. In Hussein's own documented words "those that came to Jordan to join Arafat were a very 'unsavoury lot' that brought much unwanted trouble to me, my kingdom & my people'. He drove them out & they went to Lebanon. Those Arabs who joined Arafat to become the PLO/Fatah, the majority were not even Palestinians.

      You are completely wrong
Yasser Arafat belongs to the Husseini family
His father is from Gaza and his mother is from Jerusalem
And Yasser Arafat's father went to Egypt for a job
Yasser Arafat is Palestinian, but he was born in Egypt
As for King Hussein, he intended it after the displacement of the Palestinians in the war of 1948
Twenty years later, Yasser Arafat founded the Fatah movement and called on Palestinians from refugee camps in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria to fight with him.
That is, all the PLO were Palestinian refugees
Also, according to what I believe in Lebanon, the conscription of the Palestinian was compulsory, meaning the uniform of military service
Until now, there are Palestinian factions in the Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon

    • @zoro-ls5pq

He went down there sympathetic to the Israelis, and with all the shit he saw down there, when he returned he swore he'd boycott Israel for the rest of his life. Never bought so much as a piece of fruit from them ever again.
One of the things he told me the IDF liked to do, was to direct artillery fire onto graveyards, to litter the place with exposed decayed corpses.
That's one of the more relatively harmless things they got up to, but it shows a certain level of disrespect and attempt at terrorizing the civilian populations.

الشر: asotos ex Aristippi، acerbos ex Zenonis schola exire [30].
