Watched a video of another person ripping this and it does say hobby on the packs. He pulled two numbered colors with his but both were high numbered. He also said they will have retail blasters for this set with exclusive gold numbered cards so blaster seems to be the way to go. Cheers.
Thanks for the info! I went and checked a wrapper, and sure enough I see the Hobby logo on the back.
The 47/50 numbers are GOLD of the mandalorian Armorer I pulled from blaster pack.
What a wicked pack mate. Its very cool. Shout out from New Zealand. Have an awesome day!💥From Fun At Home (Hot Wheels, Lego, Cards, Stamps & collectables)👍
Love this box set!👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
❤ it!
They sell almost every size sleeve and top loader you can think of.
About to rip this product myself.
Have of the not so common sleeves and loaders on hand. Will let ya know!
Good luck! I'm tempted by the Black Friday pricing online to pick up a few more of these.
@@icollectthings What have you seen them going for? Picked the last 1 up for $40 at a LCS on Black Friday.
Update!
Fit the WIDEVISION card into an 8x10 sleeve and Top loader. About 3/4" space gap between the top and bottom of card and just fits in with a very slight gap at the top of top loader.
Wow they look epic, love the Ventress!
interesting box indeed
Autos are tough to pull in this. Managed Gideon auto, last pack mojo. 😊
Congratulations on the auto pull! Great character, fantastic actor, and his signature looks great.
Those comic cover inserts look epic 😮
They are great! Makes me want to pick up the actual comics.
Subbed really enjoying the vibe!! Product itself is super interesting and those sabre cut cards are SIIIIIICKKK 🎉🎉🎉
Firm handshakes
Thanks for the support and checking out my video!
I actually really like this product. For 50 bucks, I got to take my time breaking this set. I've been disappointed before, spending 200+ on 4 packs for almost nothing in return. I felt like had more fun on this 50 dollar value. Great break.
I like it too. Things have been crazy the past few years, and it's nice to have a cheaper and simpler set with a bunch of packs in a box.
And with only 2 out of my 4 boxes open, I have all the base cards and am filling in the rest. Just pulled a 1/1 Cyan printing plate of Paz from Mando. Good stuff and not as expensive as MLB cards! @@icollectthings
Odds are up now:

The AKA short prints are 1:6 boxes, and the CI insert is "Characters Image Short Prints", falling 1:3 boxes.
Nice set overall. My only wants would be that they have color variations of each card (people like to collect rainbows) with some being numbered like the one you pulled versus just numbered only. Also the lightsaber cut is another example of a very creative insert which should have been a chase card. I see this in sports cards a lot where a super cool card is created and they just mass produce it as an insert when it looks like a rare chase card. Thanks for sharing!
I was surprised the lightsaber cuts were essentially base inserts. Looking at the sell sheet I thought they may have been more premium chases. I think I would have swapped the AKA with the saber cuts.
Odds are finally up, and the AKA are nearly a case hit at 1:6 boxes! Character Image SPs are 1:3 boxes.
AKA same odds as the "hologram" lenticular, would rather have the lenticular =)
I got a blue base card of the armorer from mandalorian that has serial # 47/50 on the picture thats not on other cards and cannot find and info on it
Nice pull, congrats! According to the odds here:
www.topps.com/media/pdf/odds/2023ToppsStarWarsFlagshipOdds.pdf
The character base blue /50 parallel is 1:11 hobby boxes, and 1:79 blaster boxes.
@@icollectthings Thank you for the info! I grabbed a blaster box from target. Def getting more. I want to know $ value also
Thanks for the video, not sure this is going to get me away from chrome. I'm really loving the 23' version.
I love the Chrome set too, I need to pay attention and watch for sales or grab more blasters.
They made these super boxes for flagship series 1 mlb too
Ah cool, looks like they even have the oversize card, a few other extras, but less packs.
Cool set. Are there any big auto chances in this one?
There are autos, but at long odds, 1:19 hobby boxes! And I haven't seen a list of signers. The sell sheet shows a Natalie Portman auto, but not sure beyond that.
Now we are talking I love Star Wars
I do too, and I especially love the price point on this set =)
I just pulled a 7/10 Saber cut Kit Fisto, is that any good?
That is a great pull!
I think the best pull I ever got was from the Shadows of the Empire line in '96 I pulled the Hildebrant Mastervisions Winner Card in the first pack I opened. I never redeemed the offer since I knew that everyone would and I thought the card would hold more value since there would be very few in the public hands. The art cards and the redeeming card are pretty much even so yeah not sure if I made the right choice but its not like I can redeem it now. lol.
That sounds like an amazing pull! I wasn't familiar with that set, and have a saved search on eBay now =)
I love the Hildebrandt's 1994 Marvel Masterpieces set, and need that Shadows of the Empire set in my collection!
Did you come up with anything on how to protect the widevison cards?
Nothing good yet, for the time being I have it in a comic book bag and board.
What I find boring about card collecting today is that they don't even use exciting pics for the cards, you can find these pics everywhere. There's no real value other than the chase etc...cards. What made collecting fun in the 80's to the 90's was the lack of sources to see these characters so it felt like almost every card was something new. That and the crazy prices for some of these sets have pushed me away from continuing, which is why I focus on collecting the older cards from movies and TV shows. I really can't see the value in these sets offered today.
