As soon as they ask for my phone number or email I say only scammers ask for it
Cash only
This happened to me. The poor grammar and broken English is a dead giveaway.
This is what happens when we conduct business with anonymous people instead of in person
That happened to me.. But instead of sending back the code, I asked google why they would want me to send back a 6 digit code.. And so it told me so I sent back a message saying your the one that's not being real and I am on to your scam and they just texted back with ok.
Imagine being on FB. lol
I never give phone # - code - or email - I report them as scam
Just a few months ago, I tried to buy a tablet off of the Offer Up app, and a woman messaged me just like the guy in the video.
Whenever I sell or buy things on marketplace once the deal is made I tell them to meet me at the police dept. If they don't come I know it just might be a scammer. I will never send money if they are out of town.

Hi! Thanks for the heads up. I've been looking for answers for a sponsored ad in the marketplace. The had is for a 3 wheel trike/scooter. Company is Accordgrill. Could someone please help and send me in the right direction to see if this ad is legit? PayPal had told me that if I don't receive my ordered item by the said date or if I receive an item that's not what I ordered. I would get a full refund including shipping by PayPal protect. But I'm still uncertain. Thank you!
