First time seeing a van from this builder.
Gotta say, I'm really impressed, and love this van. I wouldn't necessarily need a king size bed. Surprised at how open, and roomy the van is, even with the king bed.

Its not a king size bed...you could park that entire van on a king size mattress...ok that my be an exaggeration but then so is saying thats a king size bed.
Love the screen, the heavy duty slide on the pop up table and those ball bearing hinges! Great quality and durability you don’t usually see!

Fantastic my only suggestion would be to have a small wall next to the cooker in the same black and white print to protect the bed when cooking. Lovely quality.
There is a removable, clear, Lexanne insert that slides between while you’re cooking and it’s removable when you’re done that way you don’t have that obstruction there for the rest of the day

Nice build, the one deal breaker is the switch locations behind the induction cooktop….unless you don’t plan on cooking, those controls will be a mess, and a nightmare to clean…hey Patrick
I don't like the cooktop right next to the bed.
They have options for a guard however this customer decided not to get it for easier access to the bed
That is a common concern, but the solution is easy. There is an acrylic guard guard that installs in seconds when you want to cook something potentially messy. Most people just tuck it under the mattress when not using it.
Me either; I would switch the sink and the cooktop. Then no grease on the bed and cooking steam/smells goes out the open door..
Is there a reason not to put the sink on the bed side?
Same I feel like splatter will be everywhere.

Wow I gotta tell y'all, seeing these van life videos are really inspiring me to join the van life full-time. If I can't find a used converted van or bus or anything like that, I'm hoping I could find a reliable company that will do what I really want and won't be majorly expensive.

11:14 - That stainless steel mesh on the electrical cabinet door is a superb aesthetic touch as well as functional. Bravo on the design. Very nice. I wonder where I can buy sheets cheaper than Home Depot?
What a luxury model van, superb! Look at that garage! You could have a spare bedroom in there. A very spacious feel to the van despite the enormous bed. Beautifully crafted. Well done!
Thank you! We love the perforated aluminum sheets for ventilated areas. We have yet to find a cheap source though! You're right about the garage. In fact, we have a client's van in the shop right now where there is going to be another mattress/bedroom in the garage!

Not on this configuration, but there are other tables, tiles available that can be used to fall down into bed

I love this set up just how huge the garage space don’t really like cooktop by the bed but still looks nice
Not showing in the video is a clear plastic guard that slides in temporarily while you’re cooking. The great thing is that it’s removable so it doesn’t obstruct the floor plan. It makes it easier to get in and out of bed.

Sooo many sharp corners.
Did i miss the ceiling vent van, so essential for nice ventilation and breeze, plus what type of insulation.
Nice! A suggestion for the pet ramp: to make the angle less acute, you can get a folding non-slip step, and sit the ramp end on that. I use Dollar Store latex shelf liners, which are both non-slip (and grippable by the pet's nails/ claws), and can also be washed. You could use most of the roll and wrap it over & around and under the step, to ensure it doesn't slip on the floor - easy to fold & put away.
The less acute-angled ramp is better for older pets (I use this for my 17-yr old cat, whose back was hurt in an un-leashed dog's attack on OUR front deck), with another roll of latex shelf liner wrapped around a piece of board as the ramp).

Thanks, Rose. Unfortunately, I was extremely unwell myself at the time, with multiple broken ribs & numerous skull fractures from head-first crash injuries, worsened greatly by medical "care", and so haven't yet dealt with this.
A similar thing happened with my dog, and I had to spend $6K + on vet bills for that - also not "collected"/ repaid. People just don't THINK about how their actions can harm others...

I believe they’re using RV Jay latches. They also have electromagnetic latches they use on other builds that will automatically lock the cabinet when you put the vehicle and drive and as soon as you put it in park all the cabinets are unlocked.

I would make a bed under the table so teh dog can sleep there. do liked the ramp idea, for us dogs are not in the bed, I used to have dogs and they slept downstairs and my bedroom is for people to keep everything clean. but some people love to sleep with their dogs and help keep them warm too.
