I'm curious. Has he explained the Virgin Moble commercials that were viewed in the UK back when he had locs anywhere? He along with Missy Elliot and Christina Aguilera did a series of "dubious" adverts back in the 90s. The first advert had him being sucked into the toilet on the plane. The second one had him "exposing his buttocks" after pressing a remote control that opened the curtains in his hotel room, only to have a group of people staring into the room whilst he bent over after removing his lower garments. I really would like to know if this advert was part of the reason as to why he cut off his locs. Outside of all that, this was a very interesting interview indeed.

When he spoke about his dads spirit slowly breaking after starting dialysis I felt that so deep. I also did dialysis for two years and just got a new kidney last month. Those two years was like going down a black whole mentally fighting the worst types of thoughts everyday. Sadly My dad, who was a very proud Jamaican man, also suffered from kidney failure due to lupus. At 72 he succumbed to his health issues. He had the will to fight but it was so faded from the father I grew up with. RIP Daddy💜. On another note I’m glad Van was the interviewer for this. He has a grace about him that encourages people to speak freely. And hearing Bustas inner dialog is so profound and interesting.

Ughh, sucks dosent it? I have it too...& so did my dad. (Sleep apnea i mean) knowing what i know now about the condition, even though its still not much, its far more than i knew prior to 2011. Valuable information too...Even if i did have to learn it all the hard way... I know my father learned an important lesson that night too, being as though it would turn out to be his last. (RIP william Wise 1955-2011
i love ya dad!) Ever since then, ive felt like its kinda my duty to warn everyone i know, or even random people i meet on the street if they happen to mention sleep apnea i tell them....if your doctor says to wear a c-pap, then please, im begging you (and anyone else whos been diagnosed with sleep apnea) to PLEASE make sure you do that. And also that you continue to do so every single night. & I know youre prob thinking what?! Who tf does this random chick think she is? Dosent she know thats not how the internet works? Well Yess...for the record i do realize that its not my place to get online & start bossing random strangers around...lol. Please understand that is not my intention & know that i do have a damn good reason for saying any of this. i promise. You see...my father passed away in feb of 2011. He died in his sleep due to a severe episode of sleep apnea which happened to occur on a night when he had fallen asleep without his c-pap on. This caused him to suffer a massive heart attack killing him instantly. This was back in feb of 2011. If he had just been wearing his c-pap that night he might still be here with us today.... So Please wear it. Wear it for your own safety & if you cant do that then at least wear it for your families sake. So set an alarm if you have to.... Or write yourself a note, idk, do whatever you gotta do! just make sure yall remember to use the damn c-pap. It cant
do anybody any good if its still inside the box! Stay safe out there yall. Peace 🙏😎
