Arnob Goswami , Rajdeep Sardesai and his ilk went to town in their so called ' National Televisions ' that Minister A Raja of DMK has ran with 1.76 lakh crorers of tax payers money . They never explained to the citizens what is 'Presumptive Loss ' and on what basis the C&AG has arrived at the quixotic three figures of 57.6 thousand crorers , 69.9thousand crorers , 1.76 lakh crorers of 'Presumptive Losses ' ! Further the CBI in its charge sheet quantified the govt loss as 30.0 thousand crorers ! Even Vinod Rai did not explain to the citizens that 'Presumptive Loss ' was a guess work and not actual loss . A willfull misdirection committed on the people and the Supreme Court .

The C&AG is the Chief Auditor of the Accounts of the Depts. of the Central and State governments . He exceeded his brief when he sat over in judgement on the policies of the cental govt.
Inspite of being a Constitutional Authority , he is subordinate to the three arms of the Govt . viz the Executive , the Legislature and the Judiciary . Even the Judiciary which is enshrined with powers to scrutinize the executive and legislative actions , treads carefully when interfering with policy matters .
Rai meddled with matters beyond his ken , which resulted in his diabolical theory of ' Presumptive Loss ' and his tripple-talak like three gargantuan figures .
Judge O P Saini declared ' they have searched for a scam , where there was none ' and threw out the Charge Sheet .

Manmohan singh lost his mind or what HE IS COMPLETELY A LOOSER.
Some person would try to justify and try to take his side but I mean the person who served as a Governor, FInance minister and as deputy chairman, despite having excellent education and experience could not speak a word when he was informed about scam before its exposed.

Mr Rai is an evasive man, he is just avoiding simple answer that MMS could have stopped. He is like MMS, dodging the issue.
May be he has some coalition compulsion not to speak out. He remembers the date but does not remember the name of MPs, laughable isn't it???

I donno why we are still discussing about yesterdays Issues.. TIMES NOW and Arnab please focus on what is affecting the public today.. talk about PETROL PRICES... why is it 81 RUPEES.. WHERE IS ALL THE BLACK MONEY..
