Judging Your Sim Racing Setups!

- Judging my Subscriber sim racing setups that were sent to my Twitter and Discord. Anyone can submit their sim setup and I'll take a look at it. Some of these sim setups are budget, some of them are pro sim racing setups. A nice variety of different steering wheel brands today. Many setups are using the eBay handbrake which you can only use on a PC. Couple Fanatec setups and mostly Thrustmaster and Logitech steering wheels. Some have built their own harness to mount their shifter, handbrake, steering wheels and pedals.

You could fold it up and put it away easy too which seems nice. Not everyone has a lot of space.
The fact that you breeze past the last setup like that. He has so many things going. The computer looks to be mounted to the table with a glass window looking into the PC hardware. That's badass! And he looks to have this setup in 2 places.

if it isnt thrustmaster or expensive its a 1-4

I skipped school for this video. Did not disappoint.
Can I just say: That James Leung guy has an OSW Direct Drive Wheel base, and he has it mounted onto a desk lol. OSW's can provide 30nm of torque. Jimmy Broadbent has one, and it is one of the most powerful wheels on the market. That thing is going to snap his desk in half lol. Just saying:)

The brand of the two budget setups are PXN . i have one personally and i picked it up for about $50 and its very budget as it is onl y 200 degrees, has two pedals and no ffb
0:45 tip- don't use too much accesories on a small monitor all You'll see i just the handbrake the shifter and the steering You have to make enough space so that you can see the monitor

My set up is a logitech g920 with shifter, ford falcon seat (aka the most comfortable seat ever), all on a Ali express frame with a replaced wheel pedal mods and a eBay handbrake.

frostyguy is a legend. he use an older logitec steering wheel with 2 pedals, custom steering wheel, home made shifter and handbrake and a nice sim dashboard
I currently have a steering with pedals I’m just waiting until I get a better table so I could add my shifter and handbrake.

my fingers once got stuck in my tmx paddle shifters cause they have a hole in it. so in case the force feedback rotates it while you're stuck you can press the button to not die haha

3:13 that is the older version of the PXN V9 (aka pxn v900)
It doesn't come with a clutch and a shifter, only paddle shifters. (I have the pxn v900)
boy that 10 or 6th set up is pure quality

Goosiest I have a question I want to get into using a wheel to drive around in games but I don't know what to buy can you recommend me a cheap setup for beginners like in general that you would recommend ur friends to start drifting with wheels?

dont get the g29 it says it has ffb but it doesnt. its super stiff cuz it has mec haincal gears. not fun experaince. wouldnt reccomend
