- Today I'm gonna be reviewing your sim racing setups in Discord and Twitter. Most of these sim racing setups are mainly used for drifting. Couple of budget steering wheels with 3 pedals and shifters. Some high budget sim setups as well with harness and bucket seats. I used to have a Logitech G29 steering wheel when I started drifting. Lately I've switched over to a Thrustmaster T300RS steering wheel with TH8A shifter and TM Sparco handbrake instead.

What do u have? For now I have a G923 ps4/pc edition and G shifter, and getting like a proff chair kind of. Do you know any way of connecting PC handbrake to a Ps4 since it has a USB, the handbrake. And really need to buy a Handbrake

@@leonjak09 I have pretty much the same setup, G29, G-shifter, 3 pedals, but no handbrake. It's all on a custom extension to my desk, but imma switch it out for a full thrustmaster setup soon, maybe with a handbrake, but sorry Idk about USB connectivity and all that stuff, but as long as its compatible it should work

Those pedals that Frederick is using are a gas shock set up that is completely adjustable for the amount of pressure you have to apply whether it's the brake or the clutch or the throttle. I just saw that setup browsing online and it is no joke. Being able to modulate the brakes properly I'm sure is just as crucial as the feeling and feedback from the steering wheel. Also I really like your channel and you're very kind towards everybody who sent you a picture or video of their setup which I think is really cool so I'm subscribing ,thumbs up bro

That wheel at 3:00 is a PXN V9. A budget non-forcefeedback wheel that comes with 3 pedals, 6 speed shifter, and paddle shift. Its worth like $130 and I guess its ok if you are in a real budget.
Should I get the Pxn v9 or the Thrustmaster T80? Pxn v9 has included 3 pedals and gear sifter but the thrustmaster is a popular brand
@@unironic5715 Get a 2nd hand G29 or any force feedback wheel. DO NOT GET THE PXN V9 or the T80. They both break easily, they dont last, they have horrible sensors, and they dont have any feedback. I had the PXN for 2 weeks before the brake pedal stopped working. I got the G29 after it broke and its 10000x better. Trust me, get a wheel with force feedback (2nd gand or not), they are so much better and they work properly.
@@unironic5715 A 2nd hand G27 costs around $130-$200 which is more worth it than the PXN. In my opinion, the PXN is worth $20 in terms of quality and usage.

@@MattBonk991 Im malaysian so im just afraid that they cost expensive. The PXN v9 is cheap cuz the brand is “local” and the t80 costs almost the same price.
6:30 it's a Racing Wheel Suzuka 900°, whit 3 pedals and the sheefter. His price is 150-190 $. it's very nice for this price his quality is SUPER.

The wheel you wanted to know is a PXN V9 it’s got 900 degree turning angle but I don’t think it has force feedback
the wheel is called pxn v9 it is 270 degrees and 900 degrees with no force feedback but it has self centering. it also includes a shifter which can turn into a handbrake it is about $180
its a good wheel but i think the pzn v900 is a bit better

i have a tmx wheel and have looked into getting the logitech shifter but requires an adapter which cost around 20 bucks which brings the coast up higher and theres other options for shifters at that price that seem like a much better buy
It’s a pxn v9 wheel, pedals, and shifter. Cost about $200. It’s a pretty good set up works pretty good.

2:55 Goose, That is a Pxn Steering wheel, v9 to be exact. Has a 270 degree AND 900 degree mode, comes with both clutch and shifter

It’s fine to use a chair with wheels because MOST of them have locks that make it so the wheels don’t move
Sometimes you can also take the wheels off
Edit: it can still kinda be annoying because a lot of them have moving chairs (the chair can spin)

That is the same chassis I have. Great budget option if your willing to spend a few more bucks and mod it a little. I used an old racing seat off a "gamer chair" and it mounted right up. Great chassis for under $150. I use a CSW 2.5 on mine and its fairly stiff.

the Thrustmaster RGT Force Feedback Clutch also had 3 pedals and it was a cheap one back then. I was driving this in the Year 2009

My setup is pretty good in my opinion. I got an open wheeler gen 3 seat and stand with a Logitech g920 and a Logitech shifter and I’m on Xbox with a small 36” tv and I think I might buy a 4 point harness to make it a little more realistic while racing
The PXN V9 is truly a budget wheel, not too good force feedback but comes with 3 pedals and a shifter included for the almost same price as a ligitech g29
i don't want to call it a budged really... A long time ago i got myself a Logitech G25 wheel after it came out, Complete with shifter and 3 paddles for 125 euros.
Now a days that same 125 euros barely gets you a shifter let alone paddles and a wheel.
That was 10+ years ago and now i'm stuck with that very same G25 simply because i can't afford the upgrade to a newer on.
the buttons on the wheel stopped working over time, Same for the peddle shifters, And the shifter boot has torn. But surprisingly enough it still works fine for it's very old age though.

Ive got that same pxn wheel with the peddles and shifter. Its compatible with xbox, PlayStation, pc, and the switch. Its not the best. But its got 3 peddles and 6 gears with reverse. Takes me back to driving my rx8.

If you are at a computer desk it really pays off to make a mount for your shifter at a realistic position if you can. also, you can tell a g29 user has some serious gametime when the blue film on the metal ring has worn off

I have a PXN V9 and that “Ebay”(I got it on amazon) handbrake you mentioned multiple times, it works, and I’m happy with it, works for drifting in Beamng which is all I could ask for, I might get another game maybe Forza Horizon but it’s cool

for frederiks setup, you have to get a metal plate and you like have to hammer it so the keyboard just sits in it.

Btw. The “pxh” wheel I think is a pin v9. Cheap wheel and it comes with three pedals, a shifter, and the wheel.

the mystery wheel is a pxn v9, its a bad wheel with a rubber bushing or something and “force feeback” which is just a vibration motor and it goes for $200, they made a v10 which is a legit force feedback for about $350
