1. My model came with m.2 Sata ssd, but i believe that the Gram 2020 models will come with NVME drive from the factory. 2. Of course yes, you can replace the both the drives, but mind you, LG does not give any separate recovery backup or set up for LG software apart from the one in the primary drive. so i would keep the factory drive as it is with out disturbing the partitions to perform recovery if ever needed in future. Hope this helps. My one bit, if you are planning to buy Gram and you have some time in hand, avoid the previous years models and wait for the 2020 revisions to launch. it will be the same price but with newer specifications.

For some reason Lg does not provide drivers or the software installation files. i have also upgraded my windows home to Pro version and i was also faced with the same issue like you. so i would recommend that you do a factory reset of the machine, shouldn't take more than 20mins. then upgrade the windows by feeding in license key rather than doing a fresh installation.

Yes, i am almost getting this figure depending on my usage, because i am mostly traveling and LG Gram batteries are of high quality and made in Japan unlike others who have theirs made in China.
LG gram is a great choice. the only other durable and reliable laptop with upgrade options i can think of is thinkpad but its way too expensive. i am not really a dell fan.
Hi friend... I was thinking of buying 14z990 somewhere in the future, maybe in 2-3 months whenever i would get a good deal.. I was wondering that i would install ubuntu on this device and would remove windows completely as am not a gamer and my main purpose would be only programming and watching movies and stuff like that... So would this laptop be compatible with this os like will the type c charging still work, thunderbolt still work...??? And one more thing, the battery says that 60+12W that means if we do not charge our phone, would we get complete 72W for our laptop or 12W is permanently reserved for usb charging..???
Out all of your queries, i can only answer the last one, complete 72Whr is available for the laptop but if you were to use the type c port for charging then only 12whr portion would drain and then the battery would stop discharging. as far as ubuntu is concerned, i have no experience with it and i would not be able to suggest anything.
depends on your purpose. things that i love in LG which you cant do with Asus 1. Gram has dual RAM slot so can upgrade ram later 2. Dual SSD slot, can upgrade storage while retaining earlier one too 3. 17inch screen is gigantic and a lot of real estate to work with. 4. Gram screen is way far superior that Asus , hands down! 5. This is a deal breaker for me, Gram has "THUNDERBOLT" support, which opens doors to hell lot of option in the future. 6. Finally LG 3 years warranty, will take care of your usual worries, and frankly who uses a laptop beyond 3 years. Hope this helps, if it does then do like or subscribe!

Hi! Thanks for appreciating.
