I have one. The only thing I had to was a set up.

you could say it's also very close to the Rick Beato signature which is also a double cut in pelham blue; only difference is the neck p90

I pretty much agree with the review, HB is really niche; it's great for an experienced player who just wants something different for cheap, I'd never recommend them for beginners. I bought one just because I had a case of guitar-lust and didn't want to spend the money on a Gibson but I wound up replacing the pickup with a DiMarzio noiseless and I play it more than my Strats now. Neck is really sleek and it bugs me that Gibson won't throw in an adjustable bridge.
Mine is red and wasn't polished, kind of annoys me that they polished the finish on the guitar in the photos. I polished it myself and it looks great but I don't recommend that unless you have experience.

Love my vintage series ST from Harley Benton, they definitely know how to make a guitar for cheap. I got mine off reverb. I heard some consumers were receiving broken guitars from thomann.

These models are one of the better guitars for the $200-$250 mark!

Did yours NOT have the stacked pickup? (single/humbucker).

How is the balance? is it neck heavy? Like the Delray and the Spirit; those were similar and they were a bit neck heavy. That is cool guitar though and yes is it very very blue!! :)

Not neck-heavy at all, very comfortable guitar to play.

Would you say this is a good guitar for heavier music if a noise gate is used?

Not really. Single coils will give you too much feedback but if you get the FAT version of this guitar it has a humbucker p90 so that would cut the hum. Thanks for watching!

ANYONE ( Who isn't triggered ) to Hit the pawn shops, Or your local. Guitar Center . As they are CLUELESS on the guitars I'm about to mention. There were MANY Japanese built guitars, That no longer exist, like Vantage, Electra. ect, ect, That are not only are Built WAY BETTER. With WAY Better woods, & can be had Cheap. @ a pawn shop, They usally try & sell for twice what they loaned on it. That said, Most intend to pick it up & pawn for $20 $50. ( The MOST they would even loan for a brand not ( Heard of ) Don't even Ask about the UNREAL Actual Vintage guitars I've bought, ( Before The Internet had the current search engines. Pre CBS Fenders under $200. Same W/Yard sales. Many 50's Gibsons $50. !! It was ridiculous. & ( Of course, Became an Addiction ! ( In 79, 50's Burst were $1500. @ stores that KNEW What they were ! Goldtops $750. Those were the days ! &, The Music/ Concerts were UNREAL !
