Shit happen I guess. He started really strong to be honnest, not saying he is the best player in the world but when he play at his real level the dude is a beast.

his claim is he thinks a top 5 player. He's good but certainly not elite. He will steal matches every now and then but in comparison to say RZR.XIan, the latter is a totally different consistent beast, especially this year.
Well the thing is Xiao Hai is the god on KoF lets be honnest, and when he play SF seriously aswell he can be in the top 10 in my opinion, but sometime he disappear for a long time idk why, not really relliable on SF but he got some of the sickest reactions.
Cammy is the worst street fighter char
Xiao Hai always using these look "Weaker" or "Younger" characters, like May, Chris in KOF and "Cammy" in FIV to challenges those stronger characters like "Kyo", "Yashiro" and etc. When he stats to play arcade games that was in 90's and he was young, I believe this is regarding to his life experiences.
Not true, in XIII he mains Mr. Karate and in 97 he mains Goro Daimon, not to mention he also use Sagat in USF4 tournaments. I'm aware of his codename means "The Little Kid", but this really has nothing to do with his character selection at all.

How is he overrated? He's underrated IMO, he's leveled up his e ryu quite a bit, 3rd at south east majors and top 8 at CEO is a great sign
