  • A short hike over a pair of ranked 13ers, Mt Warren and Rogers Peak, in the Mt Evans Wilderness. There is no designated trail to access these peaks, as a result one can expect total solitude once on the ridge, with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and lakes below. There is also a good chance for wildlife sighting on this hike. Total stats: 3.6 miles with 1200ft elevation gain

The trail and the surroundings are simply perfect for hiking. Outstanding filming and editing! 👏👏

Wonderful ridge and summit rocks. Nicest herd of bighorn sheep I have ever seen. My father used to take us to fish at Summit Lake in the later '50's.

Thanks Mark. Seeing those sheep were the highlight of the hike for me

This video brings back memories. I hiked from 1) Echo Lake to Summit Lake and from 2) Summit Lake to Mount Evans.
One is almost guaranteed to see mountain goats in the vicinity of Mount Blue Sky.

Lots of goats/sheep in the vicinity of this mountain. Also saw a big moose right next to the trail when I hiked Chicago Lakes last year
