Chapin, Chiquita, Ypsilon Traverse - RMNP

A simple but enjoyable class 1-2 hike to summit Mount Chapin, Mount Chiquita, and Ypsilon Mountain. Beautiful views in all directions, truly a gem in Rocky Mountain National Park! We had to hike in from the Alpine Visitor Center off of Trail Ridge Road to the Chapin Pass trailhead. This made our total roundtrip mileage of 13 miles with 4,400 feet of elevation gain.
