We hiked the Acatenango volcano in Guatemala with our dog Everest. This is a 2-day trip. 1st day is spent climbing up Acatenango to base camp, the 2nd morning is spent summiting Acatenango. During the 1st night, you can witness the magic of Volcano Fuego right from base camp as you see eruptions all night long. Every 20 minutes lava is seen erupting from the crater. The sunrise hike provides you with. a view of 3 volcanoes (Agua, Pacaya, and Fuego)

Kartik, you spoke so much on camera before/during the sunrise summit - kudos 👏🏽! The morning of our Acatenango summit, it was so windy and cold, we were barely able to utter any words 🙈.
The part I loved the most in this video - Everest greeting Kartik 🥰 when he arrives at the base camp from the sunrise hike.

We didn’t but someone in our group got very sick, we have done high altitude many times
