In this video he talks about all you can eat for x amount but when I go to a buffet,I look at the selection, freshness,and based on those factors I will determine if it is feasible and the location and the clientele, but they usually put out leftovers and when it comes to shellfish, I look at the oysters, clams,and if they look dry,it's an indicator that it's old,and the mussels have to be cooked, and I don't care for salads,and bread or rolls,as I lool for the most expensive stuff,like beef, pork, poultry, and seafood and to see if the buffet is clean, many different factors and I don't rush as I take my time and usually the dessert selection is usually very bad so I skip that part,and I am willing to pay the price but I have seen all you can eat lobster for 100.00 per person, which I would have to think about but I haven't gone, not worth it the effort or the price and the reasons I don't bother with bread and salads is because its cheap and they are trying to fool you as these items are actually fillers,and I know the game, and if I don't like it,I won't go back and the wait staff expect you to tip them, which I can't see, all they do is pickup dirty plates, how hard is that, nothing and the wait staff don't even ask you what you want to drink as you have to ask them as I rather get my own beverage and I don't like eating the same things, something different but some buffets are very sloppy, not appealing to the eye's, which is a total turn off to me
