Bonnie, I like the idea of using a cake mix as the base of this Banana bread. I have four ziplock bags of peeled and mashed banana in my freezer at the moment, by peeling and mashing I am able to stack the bags once frozen. Your bread came out looking moist and lovely. Thank you for sharing.
