Hey I seen your video on why you quit football and I’m 16 going into junior year I was always a better player out on the field but I’ve been thinking about quitting for 2 years now. I started when I was in 6th grade and now I feel like it’s a chore and it’s becoming less important to me. I’ve gotten so scared/anxious about football that I’ve had 4 mental breakdowns. So if you could reply to me and give me some advice on what I should do
What about football causes the breakdown?

@@ghostzgaming691 I understand what you’re saying. If you feel like there is something else you want to do/ would be better off doing with your time, then you should write out your plan, pros/cons, and make your decision based on that.
