As a Leafs fan I'm going to miss this guy in a habs jeresy. One of my favorite players in the game. Good luck in Nashville Pk.
this guy was a hab for life as a toronto maple leaf fan The Habs really goofed by trading the franchise away for an aging Shea Weber He's good but he is past his prime and Subban is Entering his
As a Canadian who moved to Nashville, there is not a better place to live in the USA. I'm looking forward to watching PK regularly as a Pred.
have you lived in every city in the US ?
+SennaFan if our country is a joke why are we the most powerful country in the world with the strongest army in the world?
SennaFan but it is true, look it up smart ass
We can nuke your country many times over so STFU
+Frank D lol u don't think canada can nuke too ? lol
I was lucky enough to enjoy watching the habs play because they had Subban and Price. Now I have to watch Nashville and Montreal games to get that same pleasure. Subban will do well in Nashville.
This reporter asked the best questions
Great hockey player and awesome person. We will miss you in Montreal. Good luck in Nashville my man!
Hopefully in the years to come when management changes, PK can finish out his career in Montreal.
one can hope
....once his contract is done in 2022, the Canadiens will look to bring back and Subban will look at ending his career in Montreal. By then both
....once his contract is done in 2022, the Canadiens will look to bring back Subban and the latter will look at ending his career in Montreal. By then both Bergevin and especially Therrien will be long gone but not forgotten.
Trading Subban was one of the biggest mistakes in Habs history.
Pk we will ALWAYS LOVE YOU! You're an habs for life and we all hope from the bottom of our hearts that when your contract expired that you will come back, best of luck and stay as you are your awesome
Does anyone else see the book called "luxury toys for men" in the background.....
I wish Subban all the best in Smashville.
Hopefully, he will kick some ass for The Predators, but he will always be a true canadien in my eyes! ✌🏻️
Anyone notice the book in the background called luxury toys for men... look at it your self it's behind P.K's head.
Its against habs religion to have a black captain.
lololo
True though.
Wish PK Subban won a cub with the Habs!
I didn't say i love playing for Michel Therrien or Bergevin , He say Geoff Molson... Danm
Can you blame him?
I love you buddy.
I RATHER LOVE than FIGHT - pk
Habs management fked up. This guys has more heart than any other players. If his style doesn't fit with the team then work around that. Therrien and Bergevin are on very short leashes now. I wish Therrien had been kicked off the team long time ago because of his ineffectiveness on power play.
I am watching closely to see who'll have the last laugh
Why did they delete the "Rise Up Playoff Tribute" video?
Top contenders in the West: Chicago, Nashville, Dallas, and San Jose.
Top contenders in the East: Tampa, Pittsburgh, Washington, and Florida.
florida? lol
florida will go nowhere in the playoffs
+Idontwantyoutosee myrealname 103 points last year, added Yandle, Reimer, Demers, Sceviour, and Marchessault. Ekblad is transitioning into one of the league' better defenseman. Emergence of Barkov, Trochek, Smith, and Huberdeau, Jagr and Jokinen still putting up numbers. They are a team that should be taken seriously.
The Cats are very good They have Ekblad Who is Going to be a future Norris trophy winner and they have An aging Lungo but Reimer is there to learn from him, they also got Huberdeau, Barkov, and the Agless Jagr, and they have Depth in Bjustad and Jokkinen, and they have some decent prospects such as Crouse, so Florida would be a threat in the East
Anaheim dumb ass
If Bergevin gets fired I can see Montreal doing a lot to try and get PK back. A lot of teams have gone back to their "home" teams. It would take more then Weber to get him back though.
What a role model....
As a black person living in the States who watches and loves hockey, I kinda find that question about the racial issues a bit ambiguous. Why could he comment that issue as a Canadian who has only visited the US? While it's tough and there are issues, like he said, it's not his place to comment on it. Hopefully, winning is all that matters and can bring people together.
I am a Habs fan and I hate this deal but at the end of the day I don't control it but I will miss PK
Kanye West: "Montreal hates Black people".
In all seriousness, MTL is gambling heavily that Weber will co-Captain the Habs and make multiple players play better, strengthen the locker room, and comeback strong from any slumps they suffer
Thereby taking Pacioretty off the hook in the process. Some captain, eh?
Damn he's tough for holding on through that.
when you're payed 8 or 9 Million $ a year, it's not that hard to hold on
emotional
Predators are now cup contenders ?
I would say so....but I think it depends on how Pekka Rinnie plays!
+HockeyLifestyle23 are you a preds fan?
+HockeyLifestyle23 lol I'm a nucks fan
depends on how rinne plays
As a Habs fan, they could be. A few players peak and they could be a great threat.
"I want to talk to you about the Predators of course," ... "So what do you think about the Racial and Political Climate in the United States right now?" wow. way to hockey.
I wanted to hold my tongue for as long as I could ,but I just can't anymore. I have never been more ashamed to call myself a Habs fan. I understand hockey is a business and at the end of the day the end goal for management in any franchise is to make the team better. Having said that, the only way that this benefits the franchise is strictly for financial reasons and clearing up cap space to bring in other players to enhance the team's performance and increase the team's odds of success to obtain another championship, but there were so many more options to free up cap space to bring in other FA's and make Montreal a legit contender. I think at the end of the day,yes the team gets a proven all-star defenceman but he's nearing the twilight of his career and his performance will most definitely begin to decline in the next few years while P.K. is entering his prime and shows no signs of slowing down. I hope that management does pay dearly for this gaff that they've made. Sorry for the long ass comment. I just really needed to get that off my chest...
It's not the fans fault, you shouldn't be ashamed to be a fan of the team for it. It's the general manager and owners fault. I can see PK coming back to Montreal in a couple years, he loved the city and fans. Until then keep positive and believe in the players you have. From a Canucks fan who is rebuilding. We lost Linden and he came back, it can happen. You also have Carey Price ;) arguably the best goalie in the world at the moment. I wouldn't mind seeing him in his hometown blue
All of your points are valid though I'm not arguing against that. I think everyone knows the value of PK vs Weber, just not Bergevin.
He helps charity that's good but what a mouth
Oh hum...insignificant interview, insignificant player. No hockey news this time of the year so I guess I'll watch anything right now..
you clearly have no sense of hockey
Oh and what do you know, another insignificant comment from an insignificant person. Thanks for your negative valueless opinion, mr nobody!
luxury toys for men ;)
Subban is a coach killer. He's uncoachable because his "brand" is more important than his team. His fans on social media take priority over his teammates. Shae Webber is all about the team. That's why Shae is on Team Canada this year (again) and PK isn't (again). Babcock and Yzerman want to win. Subban is no longer considered in the league to be among the NHL's elite defensemen. He's not living up to his promise.
Yeah, that must be why Nashville moved their captain, SHEA WEBER, to acquire him.
subban was a +4 this year without price 51 points in 68 games
webber was a -7 with rinne 51 points in 78 games
and if you say that between this year and next year montreal has a better chance to win the cup than nashville dont ever talk hockey
you should watch hockey! a coach killer that leads his team in points, that has lowers turnover ratio of all his teams and oh, twice Norris nominee including one trophy......usualy coaches want that.
Too much RDS and TVS Sport I guess. LOL
Phil Leblanc LOL! Low turnover? PK Subban led the league in giveaways with 106 and he only played 68 games. www.sportingcharts.com/nhl/stats/player-giveaways-statistic/2015/

Man what a baby, move on and talk up your new team.
say it to his face tim latooooor
Must really piss you off that he's a famous, wealthy hockey player and you're...you
He grew up as a Habs fan and got Drafted by Montreal, made it to two Eastern Conference Finals.
