As a Wing's fan I'm not even that mad. Great regular season coach average playoff coach. He seems to prepare the players exceptionally in every single way except emotionally they usually come out of the locker room like drones. You'll see Leaf fans. Very attentive to detail and puck possession which is great, but he doesn't inject emotion into his players which is key for playoff time.
